案例与情景模拟联合教学法在产房助产带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在产房助产带教中应用案例与情景模拟联合教学法的临床价值。方法以12例于2021年7月-2021年9月期间在天津市北辰医院产房实习的助产护生为观察组研究对象,对其实施案例与情景模拟联合教学;以12名于2020年7月-2020年9月期间在产房实习的助产护生为对照组研究对象,对其实施传统教学。对比两组学生实习成绩、团队合作能力、应急能力、思维能力以及学生对教学的满意度。结果实习结束后,组间护生的理论知识、实践能力以及综合能力评分对比,观察组更高(P<0.05);两组护生的团队合作能力、应急能力以及思维能力评分对比,观察组更高(P<0.05);组间护生对教学满意度评分对比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论在产房助产带教中应用案例与情景模拟联合教学法可显著提高护生的学习成绩,学生的团队合作能力、应急能力、思维能力也显著提高,学生对教学过程具有较高的满意度,临床应用价值显著。 Objective Clinical value of combining case and scenario simulation in delivery room.Methods 12 midwives practicing inour delivery room from July September 2021 to September 2021 were taught in the combined case and scenario simulation;12 midwivespracticing in our delivery room from July 2020 to September 2020 were taught in the control group.Comparing the two groups'internshipresults,teamwork ability,emergeney albility,thinking ability and ability of student satisfaction with teaching.Results Afer the practice,the theoretical knowledge,practical ability and comprehensive ability scores were higher(P<0.05),the leam albilty,emergency responseability and thinking ability of the two groups were higher(P<0.05),and the higher for the abservation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Theapplication of case and situational simulation in the delivery room can significantly improve the academic performance of nursing students,teamwork ability,emergeney ability and thinking ability can be significantly improved.,students have high satisfaction with the teachingprocess and significant clinical application value.
