强化用药安全管理在脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of strengthening medication safety management in the nursing of stroke patients

目的探索脑卒中患者护理过程中强化用药安全管理的临床应用价值。方法以辽宁省兴城市人民医院收治的脑卒中患者为研究对象,入院时间2020年1月-2020年12月(病例人数:72例),按照入院时间划分两组,对照组(n=36)进行常规护理,观察组(n=36)进行用药安全管理(对照组前提下),对比用药情况与护理满意情况。结果观察组用药安全事件发生率(2.78%)明显低于对照组(16.67%),存在差异(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(100.00%)明显高于对照组(88.89%),存在差异(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者护理中应用用药安全管理的价值较高,可提升护理质量,用药安全,值得推广。

0bjective To explore the eliical application value of strengthening medication safety management in the nursing processof stroke patients.Methods Taking stroke patients admitted to our hospital as the research object,admission time from January 2020to December 2020(the number of cases:72 cases),divided into two groups according to the time of admission,the control group(n=36)received routine care,T'he observation group(n=36)was administered medication safety management(under the premise of the controlgroup)to compare medication and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of drug safety inidents in the observation group(2.78%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.67%),and there was a difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observationgroup(100.00%)and control group(88.89%6)was different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medieation safety management valuein the nursing of stroke patients can improve the quality of care and medication safety,which is worthy of promotion.
