人工智能的民生伦理审视

随着第四次工业革命的问世,人工智能深刻地改变着人们的生活方式和存在样式,双重地影响着民生境况。从民生伦理视角审视,在资本主义制度下,人工智能会引发诸多民生"恶",具有现实的和潜在的伦理批判性。然而,从辩证思维入手,不难发现人工智能将通过推动社会制度的进步、促进生产力的发展、变革生产关系、增加自由时间等方面来增进民生"善"。在中国特色社会主义制度下,人们运用人工智能提升生产力,推进人机协同发展机制,令人工智能赋能、赋智于国家善治、智慧社会发展,从而渐入民生"善"的佳境,为求解人工智能伦理困境、推进人的善的生活范式贡献东方智慧。

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, artificial intelligence has profoundly changed people’s way of living and existence, and has a dual impact on people’s livelihood. From the perspective of people’s livelihood ethics, artificial intelligence will lead to many "evils" of people’s livelihood under the capitalist system, which can serve as a topic of realistic and potential ethical criticism. However, starting with dialectical thinking, it is not difficult to find that artificial intelligence will intensify the "goodness" of livelihood by promoting the progress of social system, advancing the development of productivity, changing production relations and increasing free time. In the new era, under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, artificial intelligence is used to improve productivity and promote the human-machine collaborative development mechanism, thereby bringing energy and intelligence to the development path of national good governance and smart society. This can improve the "good" situation of livelihood, and contribute Oriental wisdom to solving the ethical dilemma of artificial intelligence and promoting people’s good life paradigm.
