不同光质处理下银耳子实体农艺性状和营养成分含量及其相关性 被引量:5

Agronomic Traits and Nutrient Contents of Tremella fuciformis Fruiting Bodies under Different Light Quality and Their Correlations

摘要 银耳(Tremella fuciformis)栽培过程中从现蕾开始采用不同光质(蓝、绿、红、黄、白光)进行处理,测定银耳农艺性状和营养成分含量并对其相关性进行分析,探讨不同光质对银耳子实体农艺性状和营养成分含量的影响以及子实体农艺性状和营养成分含量的相关性。结果表明:蓝光处理的耳片最大,白光处理的最小;黄光、绿光和红光处理的耳片较厚,白光处理的最薄;红光处理的耳基直径最大,蓝光处理的较小;蓝光处理的子实体直径、子实体直径与厚度比最大。绿光、红光和黄光处理的纤维素含量较高,蓝光、白光处理的较低;红光处理的还原糖含量、绿光处理的灰分含量、蓝光处理的蛋白质含量最高,绿光处理的总糖含量、蓝光处理的粗多糖含量较高,白光处理的还原糖、灰分、蛋白质、总糖和粗多糖含量最低;白光处理的水分含量较高,蓝光、红光处理的较低。耳片大小与还原糖、灰分、总糖、粗多糖含量,耳片厚度与还原糖、总糖、粗多糖、蛋白质含量,耳基直径与粗纤维含量呈显著正相关。 Five different light sources(blue, green, red, yellow and white) were used to treat Tremella fuciformis from the primordium stage to harvest, and then fruiting body agronomic traits and nutrient contents were measured, and correlations between agronomic traits and nutrient contents were analyzed. The results showed that blue light yielded auricles with the largest size, whereas white light yielded auricles with the smallest size. Compared with white light, yellow, green and red light yielded thicker auricles. The auricular diameter of red light treated fruiting bodies was the greatest. On the other hand, blue light treated fruiting bodies had the greatest fruiting body diameter and ratio of fruiting body diameter to thickness. Green, red and yellow light treated fruiting bodies contained more cellulose than those treated by blue and white light. The reducing sugar content of red light treatment was the highest, whereas that of white light treatment was the lowest. The ash content of green light treatment was the highest, whereas that of white light treatment was the lowest. Green light treated fruiting bodies contained a high level of total sugar, whereas white light treated fruiting bodies had the lowest total sugar content. The blue light treatment group had a high crude polysaccharide level and its protein content was the greatest. In contrast, white light treatment resulted in the lowest total sugar, crude polysaccharide and protein content. On the other hand, the water content of white light treatment was higher than that of blue light and red light treatment. Auricle size was positively correlated with reducing sugar, ash, total sugar and crude polysaccharide content, respectively. Auricle thickness was positively correlated with reducing sugar, total sugar, crude polysaccharide and protein content, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between auricular diameter and crude fiber content.
