群体感应抑制作用食用菌筛选及其对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜形成的影响 被引量:1

Preliminary Screening of Edible Fungi with Quorum Sensing Inhibition Activity and Their Inhibitory Effect on Biofilm Formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

摘要 分别制备香菇(Lentinula edodes)、毛头鬼伞(Coprinus comatus)、金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)、柱状田头菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)、刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngi)、黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)、猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)、糙皮侧耳(P.ostreatus)、银耳(Tremella fuciformis)、草菇(Volvariella volvacea)、白灵侧耳(P.nebrodensis)发酵液提取物和子实体提取物,以紫色杆菌(Chromobacterium violaceum)CV026作为指示菌株,分别筛选具有群体感应抑制作用的发酵液提取物和子实体提取物,采用结晶紫染色法测定提取物对铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)生物被膜形成的相对抑制率。结果表明:香菇、毛头鬼伞、金针菇、黑木耳、糙皮侧耳和白灵侧耳发酵液提取物有群体感应抑制作用,其中香菇发酵液提取物的抑制作用较强,而且对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜的形成抑制作用也较强;香菇、毛头鬼伞、猴头菌和白灵侧耳的子实体提取物有群体感应抑制作用,其中白灵侧耳子实体提取物的群体感应抑制作用较强,香菇、毛头鬼伞、白灵侧耳子实体提取物对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜的形成抑制作用较强。 Using Chromobacterium violaceu CV026 as the indicator, both fermentation broth and fruiting body extracts of Lentinula edodes, Coprinus comatus, Flammulina velutipes, Agrocybe cylindracea, Pleurotus eryngi, Auricularia auricula, Hericium erinaceus, P. ostreatus, Tremella fuciformis, Volvariella volvacea and P. nebrodensis were screened for quorum sensing inhibition activity. Then these extracts were studied for inhibitory activity on biofilm development of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by crystal violet staining. The results showed that fermentation broth extracts of L. edodes, C. comatus, F. velutipes, A. auricula and P. ostreatus had quorum sensing inhibitory activity. Among them, L. edodes fermentation broth extract had the strongest inhibitory activity on C. violaceu CV026, and its inhibitory effect on P. aeruginosa biofilm was also the strongest. Fruiting body extracts of L. edodes, C. comatus, H. erinaceus, and P. nebrodensis also had quorum sensing inhibitory activity, and that of P. nebrodensis had the strongest inhibitory activity among them. Fruiting body extracts of L. edodes, C. comatus and P. nebrodensis strongly inhibited P. aeruginosa biofilm.
