一种将共模电压抑制50%的间接矩阵变换器新型空间矢量调制方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有间接矩阵变换器(IMC)共模电压峰值抑制只能达到43%的问题,提出一种可以将共模电压(CMV)峰值抑制50%的新型空间矢量调制方法。首先研究了IMC各矢量下的CMV特性,在此基础上,新型调制方法根据输入电压所在的扇区选择最小CMV的零矢量和有效矢量,将有效矢量作用下的CMV峰值降低到0.29 V_(in),零矢量作用下的CMV峰值降低到0.5 V_(in),从而整体上抑制了CMV峰值。该新型调制方法利用IMC零电流矢量作用下的CMV与逆变级矢量无关的特性,解决了逆变级死区效应引起的共模尖峰问题,以及利用零电流矢量作用下的直流侧电压为0特性,逆变级实现了零电压开关(ZVS)。最后通过实验验证了新型调制方法的有效性。 Compared with the all existing indirect matrix converter(IMC)modulation method that only suppress the common-mode voltage(CMV)peak by 42.3%,a novel space vector modulation method was presented to suppress the CMV peak by 50%.Firstly,the CMV characteristic of all vectors in IMC was analyzed.And then,the novel space vector modulation method selects the optimal zero vector and the active vector to reduce the CMV according to the sector where the input voltage was located.The CMV peak value of active vectors was reduced to 0.29 V_(in) and the CMV peak value of zero vectors was reduced to 0.5 V_(in).The CMV spike problem caused by the dead-zone effect was solved by using the characteristic of the CMV under zero current vector which has nothing to do with the inverter stage.The zero voltage switch(ZVS)was implemented in the inverter stage with the characteristic that the DC bus voltage is 0 under the action of the zero current vector.Experimental results are shown to verify effectiveness of the proposed modulation method.
