摘要
目前5G大规模建设商用,但通信基站面临着5G设备功率高、散热难、机房能耗高等多个建设难题,文章从两个方面降低能耗节约能源,一是创新设计开放式BBU挂架设备,代替机房内传统柜式设备,整体采用镂空结构,BBU错层安装使之充分散热,从而减少空调使用;二是针对一体化机柜,利用烟囱效应创新设计“自通风散热系统”,单管塔上部设计有出风口,机柜下部设计有进风口,运用空气物理性质(热空气密度较小,向上流动)形成烟囱效应,起到机柜降温的作用,达到减少电耗,节约能源的目的。
