摘要 化工园区内公共管廊用于敷设各个厂际间管道,是各厂区之间管道连接的"桥梁"。为保障管道运输安全,对公共管廊日常运维管理和事件应急响应提出了较高的要求。为了提升化工园区公共管廊监管能力,提高公共管廊管理水平,应用地理信息技术(GIS)与建筑信息模型技术(BIM),建立三维可视化公共管廊管理平台,充分融合物联网前端感知监测信息,实时掌握公共管廊、入廊管道及周边环境运行状态,为管廊日常运行监管和突发事故及时响应提供了技术方法。同时,根据管廊公司日常业务管理需要,研究了公共管廊综合安全运行监管、日常巡检维护管理、企业运营服务管理、应急资源管理和建设项目全生命周期管理等业务应用系统建设,奠定了管廊公司数字化管理模式基础。 The public pipe gallery in the chemical industry park is used to lay pipelines between plants and is a "bridge" for pipeline connection between plants. In order to ensure the safety of pipeline transportation, higher requirements are put forward for the daily operation and maintenance management and emergency response of public pipe gallery. In order to improve the supervision ability and the management level of public pipe gallery in chemical industry park, a three-dimensional visual public pipe gallery management platform is studied and established by using three-dimensional geographic information technology(GIS)and building information model technology(BIM), fully integrate the front-end perceptual monitoring information of Internet of things, and master the operation status of public pipe gallery, pipeline in the pipe gallery and surrounding environment in real time.It provides technical methods for daily operation supervision of pipe gallery and timely response to emergencies. At the same time,according to the daily business management needs of the pipe gallery company, the construction of business application systems such as comprehensive safe operation supervision, daily inspection and maintenance management, enterprise operation service management, emergency resource management and construction project life cycle management of the public pipe gallery company is studied, which lays the foundation for the digital management mode of the pipe gallery company.
