摘要
文章针对科研单位在易制毒、易制爆危化品安全管理体系以及购买、存储、领用、回收等环节中的各种问题,分析了中国科研单位易制毒、易制爆危化品安全管理的现状。提出应通过建立更加高效合理的易制毒、易制爆危化品安全管理体系,对科研单位易制毒、易制爆危化品的购买、存储、领用、回收等环节实施更加精细化的管理,提高实验人员的危化品安全意识等措施,达到消除易制毒、易制爆危化品安全管理隐患,保障科研环境安全的作用。
In view of various problems existing in the safety management system of precursor chemicals and explosive chemicals in China, as well as the links of procurement, storage, requisition and recovery of precursor chemicals, the current situation of safety management of precursor chemicals and explosive chemicals in scientific research institutions in China is analyzed. It is suggested to establish a more efficient and reasonable safety management system for precursor chemicals, implement more refined management on the procurement, storage and storage of precursor chemicals, eliminate hidden dangers in the safety management of precursor chemicals and explosive chemicals, and standardize the utilization and recovery of precursor chemicals and explosive chemicals in scientific research institutions, Improve the safety awareness of dangerous chemicals among laboratory personnel to ensure the safety of scientific research.
