Analysis and Countermeasures of Safety Risk Caused by Extreme Weather to Hazardous Chemical Production and Storage Industry

广东省的极端天气具有种类多、频率高等特点,国内外曾发生过多起极端天气引发的危险化学品灾害事故。文章针对广东省暴雨、台风、雷电、高温、低温等极端天气频发的特点,深入分析了极端天气给危险化学品生产经营企业带来的主要安全风险,提出了应对各类极端天气事故预防措施,最低限度降低极端天气对危险化学品生产储存行业带来的不良影响。

The extreme weather is of special interest for the Hazardous chemicals production and storage industry due to their many types and high frequency in Guangdong province. There have been a number of hazardous chemical disasters caused by extreme weather all over the world. The extreme weather, heavy rains, typhoons, thunder and lightning, high temperature, low temperature and others occur frequently in Guangdong. Therefore, in this work, the main safety risks to the production and management of hazardous chemicals was deeply analyzed, preventive measures for all kinds of extreme weather accidents had been proposed to minimize the adverse impact of extreme weather on hazardous chemical production and storage industries.
