摘要
渤海某CEP平台为确保开排系统进液处于随时可控状态,消除雨季平台溢油安全环保风险,保证环保设备的可靠、稳定。现场提出在关键节点增加控制阀门,合理分配南北开排进液量,充分发挥设备效能,消除了溢油环保风险,为后期平台的设计建造提供了参考。
In order to ensure that the liquid inlet of the open drain system is controllable at any time, eliminate the safety and environmental protection risk of oil spill on the platform in rainy season, and ensure the reliability and stability of environmental protection equipment. It is proposed to add control valves at key nodes, reasonably distribute the liquid discharge from north to south, give full play to the equipment efficiency, eliminate the environmental risk of oil spill, and provide reference for the design and construction of the platform in the later stage.
