摘要
比较不同试验条件对压缩机润滑系统回路中润滑油油压、温度和过滤器两端压差的影响。试验结果表明:过滤精度为10μm的A滤芯和B滤芯分别与CF-4 15W-40和L-DAB100润滑油进行试验,过滤器两端压差值最大值分别为0.25 MPa、0.05 MPa、0.01 MPa和0 MPa,最高温度分别为50℃、36℃、52℃、38℃;当采用过滤精度为20μm的滤芯A与CF-415W-40润滑油进行试验时,过滤器两端压差值最大为0.22MPa。不锈钢材质的滤芯B比玻璃纤维材质的滤芯A通流性较好,利于润滑油通过,因此压差小。
The effects of different test conditions on the pressure and temperature of the lubricating oil in the circuit of the compressor lubrication system and filter pressure difference at both ends are compared. The experimental results show that when the filtration accuracy is 10 μm, use CF-4 15 W-40 and L-DAB100 lubricating oil to test with filter element B and A respectively, filter the maximum pressure difference at both ends is 0.25 MPa,0.05 MPa, 0.01 MPa and 0 MPa, and the maximum temperature is 50 ℃, 36 ℃, 52 ℃ and 38 ℃ respectively. When the filter element A with a filtration accuracy of 20 μm and CF-4 15 W-40 lubricant are used for the test, filter the maximum pressure difference at both ends is 0.22 MPa. The stainless steel filter element B has better flowability than the glass fiber filter element A, which facilitates the passage of lubricating oil, so the pressure difference is small.
