摘要
在生产过程中发现,ABS制品在添加含有碳酸钙的色母粒时常出现应力开裂的现象。文章探究了色母粒中的碳酸钙对色彩性能、冲击强度和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下拉伸强度随碳酸钙含量的增加影响不大,冲击强度随碳酸钙含量的增加而降低。扫描电镜进一步证明了,碳酸钙在基体中的相容性较差且形状不规则,受到撞击会破坏基体的强度。随着碳酸钙含量的增加,色彩特性几乎没有影响。
During the production process, it was found that the ABS products often have the phenomenon of stress cracking when the black masterbatch with calcium carbonate is added. The effects of calcium carbonate in masterbatch on color properties, impact strength and tensile strength were investigated. Under the experimental conditions, the results show that the tensile strength has little effect with the increase of calcium carbonate content, and the impact strength decreases with the increase of calcium carbonate content. Scanning electron microscopy further showed that calcium carbonate has poor compatibility in the matrix and has irregular shapes, which will destroy the strength of the matrix when impacted. The color properties have little effect with the increase of calcium carbonate content.
