摘要
为缓解双井区平台钻修井任务紧张,无修井机平台修井作业钻井船资源有限、协调周期长的难题状况,引入液压举升装置。采用滑移轨道承载和套管头承载两种方式,在海上平台进行修井作业实践,证实采用液压举升装置替代常规修井机进行修井作业,修井作业时效与常规钻修机相当,可降低海上油气田开发成本,提高油气田的生产效率和经济效益,保障油田持续高产、稳产。
In order to relieve the pressure of platform drilling and workover in double well area and the problem of limited drilling vessel resources and long coordination period, a hydraulic workover unit was introduced. Using skid beams and casing head carrying two ways, in offshore workover operations practice, confirmed the hydraulic workover unit to replace the conventional workover rig, the speed is the same as the traditional workover rig, the unit which can reduce the cost of offshore oil and gas fields development, improve the efficiency of oil and gas production and economic benefit, guarantee oilfield sustainable high yield and stable yield.
