介绍欧洲标准EN 50126(所有部分):2017《轨道交通可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性(RAMS)规范及示例》形成背景,依据这项标准中对系统生命周期划分的12个阶段,分析其在轨道车辆上的应用。EN 50126(所有部分):2017为欧盟的铁路管理部门和铁路供应商提供了采用一致方法管理可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性的程序,铁路管理部门和铁路供应商可在铁路产品应用生命周期各阶段使用EN 50126(所有部分):2017制定铁路相关要求,并在实施中达到这些要求。分析有关系统安全性要求的内容,重点分析EN 50126-2:2017《轨道交通可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性(RAMS)规范及示例第2部分:安全系统方法》中系统安全性要求,为轨道交通行业独立安全评估的推广和实施提供参考。
The background of EN 50126(all parts):2017 Railway applications-The specification and demonstration of reliability,availability,maintainability and safety(RAMS)is introduced.According to the standard on the life-cycle of the system divided into twelve stages,its application in rolling stock is analyzed.This Standard provides railway authorization and the railway suppliers throughout the European Union,with a process which will enable the implementation of a consistent approach to the management of reliability,availability,maintainability and safety,denoted by the acronym RAMS.This standard can be applied systematically by the railway duty holders and railway suppliers,throughout all phases of the life-cycle of a railway application,to develop railway specific RAMS requirements and to achieve compliance with these requirements.This paper analyzes the contents of the system safety requirements in the standard.Focus on the system safety requirements in EN 50126-2:2017 Railway applications-The specification and demonstration of reliability,availability,maintainability and safety(RAMS)-Part2:Systems approach to safety,so as to provide some reference for the promotion and implementation of independent safety assessment in rail transit industry.
