改进集装箱超偏载检测装置的探讨

为满足现场运用需求,探讨改进集装箱超偏载检测装置。首先,从检测装置组成、工作原理、预警原理3个方面,介绍集装箱超偏载检测装置。然后,总结分析集装箱超偏载检测装置在现场运用中存在的超偏载阈值报警提醒不具体、人工输入箱号错误率高、无线通信传输不稳定问题,以及其他功能需求。最后,从改进阈值报警方式、优化手持机箱号输入功能、升级现有无线通信方式和增加空重箱混装预警功能4个方面,提出集装箱超偏载检测装置功能优化改进方案。

In order to meet the needs of on-site application,the improvement of container overload and unbalancedload detection device is discussed.Firstly,it is introduced from aspects of detection device component,working pinciple and early warning principle.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the issues existing in on-site application of container overload and unbalanced-load detection device,such as unspecified threshold alarm reminder,large error rate of manual input box number,unstable wireless communication transmission,and other functional requirements.Finally,the function optimization and improvement scheme is proposed from aspects of improving the threshold alarm mode,optimizing the handheld container number input function,upgrading the existing wireless communication mode and adding the early warning function of empty and loaded containers.
