摘要
为减少机车轮缘磨耗,调查向塘机务段DF_(4D)型货运机车轮缘磨耗快原因。分析铁路线路状况、机车转向架结构对轮缘磨耗的影响,比较相同机型在不同线路运行的轮缘磨耗情况,得出机车轮缘磨耗快主要原因是线路曲线半径小、数量多。针对使用轮喷装置减磨时检修源头存在故障、试验检测有遗漏、喷嘴角度不精准3个问题,提出并实施控制检修源头质量、充分利用检测时机、强化修程中检测整治、落实日常检查维护、精准修正喷嘴角度及距离5项整治对策,使轮缘磨耗速度大幅下降,节省了检修成本,减少了检修工作量。
In order to reduce the wheel flange wear of locomotive,the causes of fast wheel flange wear of DF_(4D) freight locomotive in Xiangtang Locomotive Depot is on research.By analyzing the influence of railway line conditions and locomotive bogie structure on wheel flange wear,and comparing the wheel flange wear of the same model running on different lines,it is concluded that the main reason for rapid wheel flange wear is the small curve radius and large number of lines.In view of the three issues existing in the use of wheel spray device to reduce wear:failure of maintenance source,omission of test detection and inaccurate nozzle angle,five remediation countermeasures are proposed and implemented to control the quality of maintenance source,make full use of detection opportunity,strengthen detection and remediation during repair,implement daily inspection and maintenance,and accurately correct nozzle angle and distance,so as to greatly reduce the wear speed of wheel flange.Therefore,the maintenance cost is saved and the workload is reduced.
