摘要 粒径重构旋流器通过入口结构来实现大、小粒径油滴的重新排列,再通过内嵌式结构对大、小粒径的油滴进行高效分离。为了进一步提高旋流器的油水分离效率,在旋流器入口位置最佳弯管角为180°的基础上,研究了切向入口高度、内层溢流管直径及内锥段长度等参数对旋流器内油滴粒径分布、油相体积分数与分离效率的影响,并利用CFD数值模拟软件Fluent对其结构进行优化,开展不同处理量和分流比的油水分离试验。研究结果表明:粒径重构旋流器相对于常规旋流器可提升细小油滴的分离效率;最佳结构参数为内层切向入口高度7.6 mm,内层溢流管直径4.5 mm,内层锥段长度108 mm;不同流量和分离比下旋流器的油水分离效率的变化规律及重合度均较好,在流量为3.3 m^(3)/h、分流比为39%时,旋流器油水分离效率模拟值与试验值最高,分别为97.73%与97.01%。所得结论可为粒径重构旋流器的进一步优化和现场应用提供参考。 The droplet size reconstruction hydrocyclone realizes the rearrangement of large and small sizes of oil droplets by means of the inlet structure,and then uses the embedded structure to efficiently separate them.In order to further improve the separation efficiency,on the basis of 180°optimal elbow angle at the inlet position of the hydrocyclone,the effects of tangential inlet height,inner overflow pipe diameter and inner cone section length on the droplet size distribution,oil phase volume fraction and separation efficiency of oil droplets in the cyclone were studied,and the structure of the hydrocyclone was optimize by the CFD numerical simulation software Fluent;and finally,the oil-water separation experiments with different treatment capacities and diversion ratios were carried out.The study results show that compared with the conventional hydrocyclone,the droplet size reconstruction hydrocyclone can improve the separation efficiency of fine oil droplets;the optimal structural parameters are as follows:the tangential inlet height of inner layer is 7.6 mm,the diameter of inner overflow pipe is 4.5 mm,and the length of inner cone section is 108 mm;under different flow rates and diversion ratios,the variation law and goodness of fit of oil-water separation efficiency of hydrocyclone are well,and when the flow rate is 3.3 m^(3)/h and the diversion ratio is 39%,the oil-water separation efficiency obtained from simulation and test is the highest,which is 97.73%and 97.01%respectively.The conclusions provide reference for further optimization and field application of droplet size reconstruction hydrocyclone.
