摘要
针对油井简单地层隔离技术空白,研制了结构简单、制造成本低廉且压力可调的简易式地层隔离板阀。通过偏心孔设计、合理布局阀耳位置、优化阀座结构实现了隔离阀全通径结构,在满足井下大通径要求的同时,还可减少阀板密封面磨损,提高可靠性。优选玻璃、陶瓷及铜合金三种材质阀板,通过地面测试,获取三种材质阀板最大破裂压力及粒度,在此基础上,可根据现场需求,通过减薄阀板厚度定制破裂压力。
Aiming at the blank of simple formation isolation technology for oil wells, a simple formation isolation plate valve with simple structure, low manufacturing cost and adjustable pressure has been developed. Through eccentric hole design, reasonable layout of valve lug positions, and optimizing valve seat structure, the full-diameter structure of the isolation valve is realized. While meeting the requirements of large diameter downhole, it can also reduce the wear of the valve plate sealing surface and improve the reliability of the tool. Three valve plates of glass, ceramic and copper alloy are selected, and the maximum rupture pressure and granularity of the three materials are obtained through ground tests. On this basis, the rupture pressure can be customized by reducing the thickness of the valve plate according to site requirements.
