摘要
抛磨工艺参数对抛磨后工件表面粗糙度具有重要影响。为了探究机器人在抛磨作业中采用的工艺参数对表面粗糙度的具体影响效果,将机器人抛磨系统的接触力、旋转速度和进给速度3个工艺参数组合成不同的参数组合进行抛磨实验,利用极差分析法进行分析,得出了旋转速度、进给速度、接触力对表面粗糙度的影响依次减弱的结论。
The polishing process parameters have an important influence on the surface roughness of the workpiece after polishing. In order to explore the specific effects of the process parameters used in the robot polishing operation on the surface roughness, the three process parameters of the robot polishing system’s contact force, rotation speed and feed speed were combined into different parameter combinations for polishing experiments. The range analysis method is used to analyze, and it is concluded that the influence of rotation speed, feed speed, and contact force on the surface roughness is gradually weakened.
