基于IG模型的丁羟推进剂落锤撞击的数值模拟

摘要 为研究典型丁羟推进剂在非冲击作用下的点火机理,基于三项式点火增长反应速率模型,对丁羟推进剂进行小落锤试验的数值模拟,分析整个撞击过程中推进剂的动态力学响应,得到在不同落锤质量、落高加载条件下的σ-t曲线。研究结果表明:落高40 cm的σ-t曲线与有关文献实验结果吻合较好,可以很好地模拟丁羟推进剂在非冲击作用下的力学响应。 In order to study the ignition mechanism of typical HTPB propellant under non-impact action, a numerical simulation of small drop weight test was performed on HTPB propellant based on the trinomial ignition growth reaction rate model. Analyze the dynamic mechanical response of the propellant during the entire impact process, and obtain the σ-t curve under different drop weight and drop height loading conditions. The research results show that the σ-t curve with a drop height of 40 cm is in good agreement with the experimental results of related literature, and can well simulate the mechanical response of HTPB propellant under non-impact action.
