基于ADAMS的穿梭车曲线通过性能研究

摘要 转弯曲线半径小是穿梭车的优点之一,在小过弯半径工况下,曲线通过性能的好坏直接影响到穿梭车的工作状态。根据生产实际情况确定穿梭车各结构模块的具体结构参数,并建立三维模型。基于ADAMS建立穿梭车小过弯半径条件下导向轮、车体和轨道间相互作用的动力学模型,主要针对穿梭车运动部件即导向轮、车体和行走轮进行仿真和优化设计,将导向轮所受的径向力、主动轮和从动轮所受的垂向力作为车辆曲线通过性能评价指标,并在此基础上进行了曲线通过性能分析。 The small turning curve radius is one of the advantages of the shuttle vehicle.In the working condition of small turning radius,the performance of the curve passing directly affects the working state of the shuttle vehicle.Determine the specific structural parameters of each structural module of the shuttle vehicle according to the actual production situation,and establish a threedimensional model.Based on ADAMS,a shuttle vehicle dynamic model is established for the interaction between the steering wheel,the car body and the track under the condition of a small turning radius of the shuttle vehicle.Mainly aim at the simulation and optimization design of the moving parts of the shuttle vehicle,namely the guide wheel,the car body and the traveling wheel,and use the radial force of the guide wheel and the vertical force of the driving wheel and the driven wheel as the evaluation index of the vehicle curve passing ability.And on this basis,the curve passing analysis is carried out.
