摘要
设计了某轮轨式转台中的大型转台骨架,转台长34 000 mm、宽33 000 mm、高48 000 mm,主体结构采用桁架式,由钢梁组装而成。采用力学分析软件ANSYS对转台骨架进行了两种工况下的仿真分析,得到的最大变形量为10.30 mm、最大等效应力为126.643 MPa。轮轨式转台重量轻、刚度好、便于运输,可满足天线工作需求。
A large-scale turntable skeleton in a wheel-rail turntable is designed.The turntable has a length of 34 000 mm,a width of33 000 mm,and a height of 48 000 mm.The main structure adopts a truss type and is assembled from steel beams.The mechanical analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the framework of the turntable under two working conditions,and the maximum deformation was 10.30 mm and the maximum equivalent stress was 126.643 MPa.The wheel-rail turntable has light weight,good rigidity,and is easy to transport,which can meet the needs of antenna work.
