摘要
针对火箭总装过程中阀门漏率的检测需求,分析了采用差压法进行阀门漏率检测的影响因素,对各影响因素进行了实验及理论分析,并在新一代中型运载火箭上进行了验证。结果表明:差压检漏法可以满足总装过程中阀门漏率检测工作的需要,能够降低检漏过程中各环节人为因素带来的影响,在降低操作难度的同时提升装配的可靠性,为产品质量分析和持续改进提供数据支持。
In response to the detection requirements of valve leakage rate in the rocket assembly process, the influencing factors of valve leakage rate detection using the differential pressure method are analyzed, and each influencing factor is experimentally and theoretically analyzed, and verified on a new generation of medium-sized launch vehicles. The results show that the differential pressure leak detection method can meet the needs of valve leak rate detection in the final assembly process, and can reduce the impact of human factors in all aspects of the leak detection process. It improves the reliability of assembly while reducing the difficulty of operation, and provides data support for product quality analysis and continuous improvement.
