一种模拟智能制造中电气控制系统的实操平台

摘要 为促进高职院校智能制造或先进制造类专业群内涵建设,显著提高学生实践动手能力,加深学生对数控技术、工业机器人、智能制造单元集成技术、电工电子技术、自动化技术等课程的理解,研制了一种模拟智能制造中电气控制系统的实操平台。平台采用模块集成化结构,功能拓展性、现场适应性得到进一步提高,可以模拟智能制造生产流程,且与企业生产标准高度对接,可在一定程度上解决职业院校实训设备不足或老化等问题。 In order to promote the connotation construction of intelligent manufacturing or advanced manufacturing specialty group in higher vocational colleges, significantly improve students’ practical ability, and deepen their understanding of NC technology, industrial robot, intelligent manufacturing unit integration technology, electrical and electronic technology, automation technology and other courses, a practical operation platform simulating electrical control system in intelligent manufacturing is developed.The platform adopts a modular integrated structure to further improve its function expansion and field adaptability. It can simulate the production process of intelligent manufacturing and is highly connected with the enterprise production standards. It can solve the problems of insufficient or aging training equipment in vocational colleges to a certain extent.
