摘要
根据某母粒生产厂的制造执行系统相关需求,并在深入了解客户需求和充分进行现场调研的基础上,开展了对该厂设备工业互联网系统的设计和改造工作。基于可编程控制器和KingIOServer组态软件设计开发了一套设备工业互联网系统。该系统重点分布在设备层和边缘层两个层面。设备层主要采集设备上的各类数据并进行初步的数据处理等工作;边缘层主要负责采集各可编程控制器内的数据并由制造执行系统进行读取。
Based on the demand of the manufacturing executive system in a certain masterbatch plant, with a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and sufficient on-site investigation, this paper carried out the design and improvement of the industrial internet system for equipment in the plant. With programmable logic controller and KingIOServer configuration software, a set of industrial internet system for equipment was designed and developed. The system mainly focused on the device layer and edge layer. The device layer mainly collects various data on the equipment and carries out preliminary data processing;The edge layer is mainly responsible for collecting the data in each programmable controller and reading it by the manufacturing execution system.
