摘要
以热连轧层流冷却系统中的水为线索,介绍了供水泵站的系统组成,对层流冷却系统中关键的高位水箱、鹅颈管式集管的结构进行了剖析,给出了其设计要点和调节逻辑。结合以往项目中侧喷、边部遮挡、电气元件等暴露出来的问题给出了优化方案,为层流冷却系统设备管理及改造、设计工作提供参考。
Taking the water in the laminar cooling system of hot continuous rolling as a clue, the system composition of the water supply pumping station is introduced. The structure of the key high-level water tank and gooseneck header in the laminar flow cooling system is analyzed, and its design points and adjustment logic are given. Combining the problems exposed by side spraying, side occlusion, and electrical components in previous projects, an optimized plan is given, which provides a reference for equipment management, transformation and design work of laminar cooling system.
