摘要 掘进巷道带式输送机运输煤矸过程中,输送机滚筒出现粘煤现象,导致带式输送机出现跑偏、打滑、断带等事故,严重制约着带式输送机安全高效运输。雁崖煤业公司普掘一队结合实际生产情况,对带式输送机原清煤装置主要存在的问题进行分析,并对原清煤装置进行优化改进,采用了双管风水清煤装置,通过在5301巷进行实际应用效果来看,取得了显著成效。 In the process of coal gangue transportation by belt conveyor in tunneling roadway, the phenomenon of coal sticking on the conveyor drum leads to belt conveyor deviation, slip, belt breaking and other accidents, which seriously restricts the safe and efficient transportation of belt time and hour speed conveyor. Combined with the actual production situation, the general excavation team 1 of Yanya coal industry company analyzes the main problems existing in the original coal cleaning device of belt conveyor, The original coal cleaning device is optimized and improved, and the double pipe air water coal cleaning device is adopted. Through the practical application in 5301 lane, the remarkable effect is achieved.
