青年发展是青年研究领域中的基本范畴,对它的研究具有重要的现实意义.青年发展作为一种普遍的和客观的运动趋向,它必然具有一种最为本真的基本含义,对这一含义的考察离不开研究人的普遍性规律的马克思主义人学指导.在马克思主义人学看来,青年发展包含着三个方面的内容,需要从三个维度进行审视,即从青年发展范围上看是青年的全面发展,从青年发展程度上看是青年的自由发展,从青年发展结果上看是青年的个性发展.青年发展实际上是青年发展范围、发展程度和发展结果的整体显现,是青年全面发展、自由发展和个性发展的内在统一.

Youth development is a basic category in the field of youth research,and the research on it is ofimportant practical significance.As a universal and objective movement trend,youth development musthave the most authentic and basic meaning,and the investigation of that meaning cannot be separated fromthe Marxist humanistic guidance which studies the universal law of human beings.From the perspective ofMarxist anthropology,youth development consists of three aspects and therefore needs to be examinedfrom three dimensions,namely,the all-round development of youth from the perspective of youthdevelopment,the free development of youth from the perspective of youth development and the personalitydevelopment of youth from the result of youth development.Youth development is actually the overallmanifestation of youth development scope,development level and development results,and is the internalunity of youth overall development,free development and individual development.
