炭素厂中物流与能源管理决策分析模型的研究

摘要 铝用预焙阳极的生产过程,能耗高、自动化水平低,在阳极企业推行物流与能源管控势在必行。运用物质流与能量流的方法,对于阳极生产过程中能源介质种类和流向进行分析。建立影响因子权重分析数学模型,并通过实例模拟,分析石油焦消耗过高的原因。将此物流与能源管理决策分析模型应用到炭素厂智能管控平台,将是今后炭素厂智能化发展的主要方向。 The production process of prebaked anode for aluminum is suffering from high energy consumption and low automation level,which means it is inevitable to implement material flow and energy management in anode plants.With the method of material flow and energy flow,the type and flow direction of energy mediums during the anode production process are analyzed.The mathematical model of impact factor weight analysis is established,and the causes for the excessively-high consumption of petrol coke are analyzed through real case simulation.It is the main direction for the intelligent development of carbon plants in the future to adopt the decision-making and analysis model for material flow and energy management in the intelligent management and control platform of carbon plants.
