摘要
力量训练在整个柔道运动员的训练当中起着非常重要的作用,为此,本文首先对柔道运动员力量训练的主要内容进行了介绍,之后分析了柔道运动员力量训练应该遵循的基本原则,并提出了柔道运动员力量训练可采取的方法。
Strength training plays a very important role in the entire judo training. This paper therefore first introduces the main contents of judo athletes’ strength training, then analyzes the basic principles that judo athletes’ strength training should follow, and puts forward the methods that judo athletes’ strength training can take.
