A Discussion on the Training Method of Judo Technique

本文首先介绍了柔道技术训练应该遵循的原则,之后分别从基础训练、综合训练介绍了柔道技术训练的分类,并分别从四个方面阐述了柔道实战训练的方法,最后指出柔道技术训练过程中应该注意的问题。

This paper first introduces the principles that judo technical training should follow,then introduces the classification of judo technical training from basic training and comprehensive training respectively,and respectively expounds the methods of judo actual combat training from four aspects,finally,it points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the course of judo technical training.
