双轨合一模式下研究生科研素质的培养 被引量:9

Cultivation of Scientific Research Quality of Postgraduates under the “Dual-track Integration” Training Mode

摘要 专业型硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合的双轨合一模式在取得成效的同时也暴露出一些问题,比如科研时间减少、缺少科研兴趣和积极性、师生间有效沟通减少、缺乏确切的培养目标和方案、科研压力大等,导致研究生的科研能力薄弱、科研成果少。本文深入分析双轨合一模式下研究生的科研素质培养过程中存在的问题,提出丰富科研活动和课程,提高研究生的主观能动性;加强师生互动频率,实行双导师带教制度;优化教学方式,提高教学质量;构建切实可行的科研素质培养体系;注重提升研究生的心理韧性等,以期提高研究生的科研能力,推动双轨合一培养模式的改善,促进高等医学教育的发展。 While achieving a series of achievements, the training model combining the education for postgraduates pursuing professional degree in clinical medicine with the standardized training for residents("dual-track integration" training mode) also exposes some problems, for example, reduced scientific research time, lack of scientific research interest and enthusiasm, reduced effective communication between teachers and students, lack of exact training objectives and programs, and high scientific research pressure have led to weak scientific research ability and few scientific research achievements in many graduate students. Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of postgraduate scientific research quality training under the "dual-track integration" training mode, this paper proposes to enrich scientific research activities and courses and improve the subjective initiative of postgraduates;strengthen the frequency of teacher and student interaction and implement the "two-tutor teaching system";optimize the teaching mode and improve the teaching quality;construct a practical scientific research quality training system;pay attention to improving the psychological toughness of postgraduates, in order to improve the scientific research ability of postgraduates, promote the improvement of the "dual-track integration" training mode, and promote the development of higher medical education.
