摘要
目的:考察金樱根不同炮制品中没食子儿茶素和儿茶素含量的变化。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定不同炮制品金樱根的没食子儿茶素和儿茶素的含量。结果:没食子儿茶素含量为:蜜炙品(0.8495mg·g^(-1))>盐炙品(0.8317mg·g^(-1))>黑豆汁制品(0.7330mg·g^(-1))>醋炙品(0.6853mg·g^(-1))>生品(0.6520mg·g^(-1))>炒炭品(0.5032mg·g^(-1));儿茶素含量为:盐炙品(10.697mg/g)>醋炙品(10.449mg/g)>黑豆汁制品(9.486mg/g)>蜜炙品(8.394mg/g)>生品(6.116mg/g)>炒炭(4.235mg/g)。结论:蜜炙、盐炙、黑豆汁制、醋炙这4种炮制方法均可提高金樱根中没食子儿茶素和儿茶素的含量,而炒炭炮制方法降低金樱根中没食子儿茶素和儿茶素的含量。
Objective:To investigate the content of gallocatechin and catechin in Rosae Laevigatae Radix(RLR)preparata.Methods:The content of gallocatechin and catechin in different preparations of RLR was determined by RPHPLC.Results:The content of gallocatechin in RLR preparata cum melle(0.8495 mg/g)>RLR preparata cum salt(0.8317 mg/g)>RLR preparata cum glycini(0.7330 mg/g)>RLR preparata cum aceto(0.6853 mg/g)>RLR concisa>(0.6520 mg/g)>RLR preparata nigra(0.5032 mg/g).The content of catechin in RLR preparata cum salt(10.697 mg/g)>RLR preparata cum aceto(10.449 mg/g)>RLR preparata cum glycini(9.486 mg)>RLR preparata cum melle((8.394 mg/g)>RLR concisa(6.116 mg/g)>RLR preparata nigra(4.235 mg/g).Conclusion:The contents of gallocatechin and catechin in RLR were increased by four processing methods:preparata cum melle,salt,glycini,aceto,but the contents of gallocatechin and catechin in RLR were decreased by preparata nigra.
