中药穴位贴敷联合茯苓泽泻汤治疗风痰上扰型眩晕临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Fuling Zexie Decoction in the Treatment of Vertigo with Disturbance of Wind-Phlegm

目的:探索中药穴位贴敷联合茯苓泽泻汤治疗风痰上扰型眩晕患者的临床疗效,观察其症状改善情况。方法:将98例风痰上扰型眩晕患者随机分成观察组和对照组各49例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片、氟桂利嗪胶囊常规治疗,观察组采用中药穴位贴敷联合茯苓泽泻汤治疗,在疗程结束后对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、眩晕状态量表、中医证候以及血液流变学等指标进行统计分析。结果:经治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的77.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中医证候积分、眩晕障碍评分、血液流变学指标等改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合茯苓泽泻汤治疗风痰上扰型眩晕临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者中医证候积分及眩晕障碍评分、血液流变学指标水平,值得临床推广运用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with Fuling Zexie decoction in the treatment of vertigo patients with disturbance of wind-phlegm,and observe the improvement of the symptoms.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with vertigo due to wind and phlegm were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 49 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment with betahistine mesylate tablets and flunarizine capsules,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Fuling Zexie Decoction.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,vertigo scale,TCM syndrome and hemorheology of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 95.92%,significantly higher than that of control group(77.55%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score,vertigo disorder score and hemorheology indexes in observation group were better than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Fuling Zexie decoction has significant clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,vertigo disorder score and hemorheology index level of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
