基于“阳衰阴盛,阴结阳搏”治疗肿瘤

Discussion on the Theory of“Yang Declines and Yin Flourishes,Yin Knot and Yang Beat”to Treatment Tumor

肿瘤中医病因病机复杂多样,外邪反复侵犯人体或素体正气不足,加之外邪侵扰,导致机体阳气不足为肿瘤的发生发展奠定基础;然阳气不足引起气血津液运行不畅,痰湿、瘀血等阴邪内生,阴邪蕴久化热,加之机体为抗阴邪趋向之阳气,三者固结积聚,故言"阳衰阴盛,阴结阳搏"。阳衰阴盛与阴结阳搏两者可以互为因果、相互影响,一定程度上能够解释肿瘤发生发展的变化规律。为分析两者之间的关系,举病案予以佐证。

The etiology and pathogenesis of cancer in Traditional Chinese medicine are complex and diverse.The repeated invasion of the body by exogenous pathogens or lack of healthy qi in the body,combined with the invasion of exogenous pathogens,lead to insufficient Yang qi in the body to lay a foundation for the occurrence and development of tumors.However,lack of Yang qi leads to poor operation of qi,blood and body fluid,phlegm,blood stasis and other Yin evil endogenous,Yin evil accumulated heat,combined with the body to resist Yin evil tendency of Yang qi,three consolidated accumulation,so that“Yang decline Yin flourishes,Yin knot and yang beat”.Yang decline Yin flourishes and Yin knot and yang beat can be mutually causal and influence each other,which can explain the occurrence and development of tumor to a certain extent.In order to analyze the relationship between them,medical records are presented to prove it.
