敦煌医学写本《疗服石方》研究

Study on the Prescriptions for Treating Stone and Metal Poisoning in Dunhuang Medical Literature

敦煌写本中的医学部分内容广博,历经多个朝代留存至今,甚为珍稀,其医学价值非同寻常。敦煌写本中的道家医学思想同样极具借鉴意义,道家医学现存部分中有一专门讲述由金石之毒致病的《疗服石方》,该方记载内容独有千秋,自成一格。现将敦煌写本道家医学内容中的《疗服石方》作为研究对象,整理辨析其主体内容,总结探讨其治方思想,做到药与病应,为当今临床应用提供方法与思维,以供同道参考。

The medical contents of Dunhuang literature are extensive,rare and valuable,and have been preserved in the present world through many dynasties.The contents of Taoism in Dunhuang literature are also of great reference significance.Among the extant parts of Taoist medicine,there is a special treatment of the poison caused by gold and stone,which has a unique record content.Now,the Prescriptions for Treating Stone and Metal Poisoningin the Taoist medical content of Dunhuang literature are taken as the research object,the main content of which is summarized and analyzed,and the thinking of treating prescription is summarized and discussed,so as to achieve the correspondence between medicine and disease,and provide methods and thinking for the current clinical application,for the reference of fellow practitioners.
