2型糖尿病实验室指标与中医证型相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation Between Laboratory Indicators of Type 2 Diabetes and TCM Syndrome Types

随着人口老龄化和生活方式的改变,2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)已然成为临床的常见病,中医药防治有其独特的优势,但都是以辨证论治为基础,而中医辨证知易行难。随着现代医学的发展,借助客观医学指标进行中医辨证具有重要意义。通过综述近年来T2DM的临床实验室检查及其与中医证型的相关性研究概况,以期为中医辨证分型的客观化提供循证依据。

With the aging of the population and changes in lifestyles,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)has become a common clinical disease.traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in prevention and treatment,but they are all based on syndrome differentiation,however it is not easy to do.With the development of modern medicine,it is increasingly important to use objective medical indicators for TCM syndrome differentiation.This article reviews the clinical laboratory examinations of T2DM and its correlation with TCM syndrome types in recent years,with a view to providing evidence-based evidence for the objectification of T2DM syndrome differentiation.
