配位交变电磁下溶胶-凝胶法制备高着色力钒酸铋颜料 被引量:1

Preparation of Bismuth Vanadate Pigment with High Tinting Strength by Sol-gel Method under Coordination/Alternating Electromagnetic Field

摘要 为提升钒酸铋颜料的着色力和鲜艳度,本文以Bi_(2)O_(3)和V_(2)O_(5)为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钒酸铋颜料,并比较了单独添加配位络合剂、配位络合剂外加电磁场等不同条件下生成的颜料的着色力、鲜艳度和耐性的差异。结果表明:采用非传统的交变电磁场并结合配位络合技术能提升高达30%的着色力,同时鲜艳度和耐性相当,所制备的涂层耐候性优异。可见交变电磁场能更有效地驱动铋阳离子、钒酸根阴离子等反应物混匀并定向堆砌反应形成特定晶体,特制的配位络合剂利用配位位阻使离子定向堆砌,在一定条件下两者的共同作用有利于反应充分和特定晶型(Tetragonal)的生成。 In order to improve the tinting strength of bismuth vanadate,Bi_(2)O_(3) and V_(2)O_(5) were used as main raw materials to prepare the bismuth vanadate pigment by sol-gel method.The tinting strength,brilliance and durability of the products,prepared by coordination complexing agent were compared with that by the combination of coordination complexing and alternating electromagnetic field.The results showed that the tinting strength was increased by30%with the process of combination of coordination complexing and alternating electromagnetic field,while maintaining a comparable brilliance and durability,and the coatings prepared with this pigment indicated excellent weather resistance.It’s supposed that the combination of coordination complexing and alternating electromagnetic field could facilitate the mixing of reactants such as bismuth cations and vanadate anions and the forming of specific crystals(Tetragonal)through directional stacking reaction,and the coordination complexing agent facilitated the directional stacking of ions due to the steric hindrance.Under a certain condition,the combination system was beneficial to the complete reaction and formation of specific crystals(Tetragonal).
