摘要 制备了一种轻量化聚氯乙烯抗石击涂料,分别研究了发泡剂种类、烘烤温度、发泡剂添加量、分散速率及研磨工艺对试样的发泡倍率、耐冲击性、弯曲性等性能的影响。结果表明:试样的发泡倍率和表面状态与发泡剂的自身性能有关;F-78D和F-48D这2种发泡微球具有不同的发泡温度范围,过高的烘烤温度会降低发泡倍率。试样发泡倍率会随发泡剂用量加大而提高,但内聚力会下降,导致耐冲击性、抗石击性及抗弯曲性均下降。分散速率超过一定转速后,会使发泡微球破裂,而三辊研磨也会造成发泡微球破裂,使发泡倍率下降,应采用二次加料方式生产。 A lightweight foamed polyvinyl chloride chip-resistant coatings was prepared.The effects of foaming agent types,baking temperature,amount of foaming agent,dispersion speed and grinding process on the properties of samples,such as foaming ratio,impact and bending resistance,etc.were studied.The results showed that the foaming ratio and surface condition of the samples were related only to the foaming properties of the foaming agent.Both F-78 D and F-48 D foaming microspheres provided different foaming temperature range,but the foaming ratio would decrease when the temperature exceeded a certain temperature limit.With the increase of the amount of F-78 D foaming agent,the foaming ratio of the samples increased gradually,but cohesion decreased,resulting in the decreasing of impact resistance,chip resistance and bending resistance.When the high speed dispersion speed exceeded a certain value,the microspheres would break and the foaming ratio reduced.The three-roll grinding process presented a significant influence on the foamed microspheres,which resulted in higher loss of foaming ratio,therefore it should be produced by use of a dual feeding process.
