智能变电站安全措施考试培训系统设计

摘要 智能变电站的大规模建设,对变电站的二次检修提出了更高的要求。为提高智能变电站检修效率,提升运维人员智能变电站安措相关知识水平,结合智能变电站检修运维业务需求,开发了一套智能站二次安措考试培训系统。在考试培训系统中集成四个功能模块:SCD可视化模块,直观展示智能变电站各设备虚回路连接关系;屏柜信息可视化模块,自动识别二次设计图纸,直观展示二次物理回路图;安全措施模块,实现二次安措票的自动生成;考试培训模块,基于安全措施自动生成实现考试培训及自动评分。该系统可以提高二次安措票培训和考试效率,保证考评工作客观公正。 With the large-scale construction of smart substations,Put forward higher requirements for the secondary maintenance of the substation.In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of smart substations,and improve the knowledge level of operation and maintenance personnel about smart substation installation measures.Combining the business needs of maintenance and operation of smart substations,designed a test and training system for safety measures of smart substation.Four module functions are integrated in the exam training system:the first is the SCD visualization module,which visually displays the virtual circuit connection relationship of each device in the smart substation;the second is the display cabinet information visualization module,which automatically recognizes the secondary design drawings and visually displays the secondary physical circuit diagrams;the third is the security measures module,which realizes the automatic generation of safety tickets for the second overhaul;the fourth is the exam training module,based on the automatic generation of security measures,to achieve test training and automatic scoring functions.The system can improve the efficiency of the secondary security ticket training and examination,and ensure the objective and fairness of the evaluation work.
