基于数据挖掘探讨电针治疗类风湿关节炎的选穴用经规律

Rules of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis through data mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术结合现代统计学软件的方法,分析电针治疗类风湿关节炎的选穴用经规律。方法:检索知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、PubMed、MEDLINE、Embase数据库自建库至2020年2月1日的临床研究文献,在符合标准的纳入文献中,提取主要腧穴、经脉的信息,用Excel表格录入,运用SPSS22.0对所提取的数据进行描述统计、聚类分析。结果:电针治疗类风湿关节炎常选用曲池、足三里、合谷、阳陵泉、膝眼;多从手阳明大肠经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、足阳明胃经、手少阳三焦经经脉选取腧穴进行治疗;所选腧穴主要集中于上肢及下肢部;特定穴中五腧穴、交会穴、原穴、下合穴、八会穴使用频率较高;将纳入腧穴进行聚类分析可最细分为6个聚类群。结论:类风湿关节炎的电针疗法中曲池、足三里、合谷、阳陵泉、膝眼使用频率较高,大部分腧穴大多分布于手阳明大肠经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、足阳明胃经、手少阳三焦经。

Objective:To explore the rules of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by apply-ing data mining and modern statistical software.Methods:We retrieved literature from China HowNet(CNKI),VIP database(VIP),Wanfang,PubMed,MEDLINE,and Embase database from the founding of the database to February 1,2020.The main information of meridians and acupoints were entered into Excel;SPSS22.0 was used to extract data and do clustering analysis.Re⁃sults:Quchi,Zusanli,Hegu,Yanglingquan,and Xiyan were often chosen for electropuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Most of the acupoints are located in the large intestine channel of hand Yangming,bladder meridian or bladder channel of foot Tai-yang,Shaoyang gallbladder channel of foot,stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,and the Shaoyang tri-energizer meridian of hand wereconcentrated in the upper and lower extremities.The frequency of use of five Shu points,crossing point,source point,lower confluent and eight meeting points acupoints is higher.Cluster analysis can divide the included acupoints into 5 clusters.Conclu⁃sion:Quchi,Zusanli,Hegu,Yanglingquan,and Xiyan are often chosen for electropuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Most of the selected acupoints are mostly distributed in the acupoints which are located in the large intestine channel of hand Yang-ming,bladder meridian or bladder channel of foot Taiyang,Shaoyang gallbladder channel of foot,stomach meridian of foot-Yang-ming,and the Shaoyang tri-energizer meridian of hand.
