艾滋病中药治疗基础研究进展概况

Overview of the basic research on the treatment of AIDS using traditional Chinese medicine

目前中医药治疗艾滋病基础研究多集中在单味中药、中药提取物、中药复方制剂。单味中药强活性抗病毒的有红花、荔枝、滇黄精等;中药提取物中虎杖提取物整合酶靶向富集产物(HZ60-IN)、补骨脂正丁醇部位、海燕水提取物具有抑制HIV复制的作用;使用频率较高的中药复方制剂有唐草片、艾克清胶囊、益艾康胶囊等,具有显著改善艾滋病患者临床症状、提高生活质量、稳定和提高CD4细胞计数、降低病毒载量等作用。本文对中医药防治艾滋病的基础研究进行综述。

At present, traditional Chinese medicines to treat AIDS mainly include single Chinese herbs, Chinese medicine extracts, and Chinese herbal compound preparations. Single traditional Chinese medicine has strong antiviral activity, such as safflower, eggplant branch, Yunnan Polygonatum, etc. The integrase targeted enrichment product of Polygonum cuspidatum extract(hz60-in), psoralen n-butanol part, and petrel water extract can inhibit the replication of the HIV virus. The higher frequency of Chinese herbal compound preparations includes the Tang Cao tablet, Ai Keqing capsule, and yiyikang capsule, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, stabilize and increase the CD4 cell count and reduce the viral load. This article reviews the basic research on the prevention and treatment of AIDS by traditional Chinese medicine.
