冷湖原油掺炼脱油沥青性能研究

Study on the Performances of Asphalt Prepared by Lenghu Crude Oil Blending De-oiled Asphalt

以冷湖原油、混调原油和HL-DOA为原料,通过掺炼制备了沥青、改性沥青及防水沥青,并对其性能进行了测试评价。结果表明:通过掺炼不同比例的DOA所制得的70#和90#沥青主要性能满足JTG F40 A级技术要求;对掺炼70#沥青进行改性,制得的SBS改性沥青性能指标可满足JTG F40 I-C级改性沥青技术要求;以掺炼的70#沥青与蜡油馏分进行调合后制备的防水沥青性能指标满足SH/T 0981-2019 F300的技术要求,并可制备出性能符合要求的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材和Ⅰ型自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材涂盖料。

Lenghu crude oil,mixed crude oil and HL-DOA are used as raw materials to prepare asphalt,modified asphalt and waterproof asphalt,and their performances are tested and evaluated.The results show that the performance of 70# and 90# asphalts obtained by mixing different proportions DOA sanctified JTG F40 A grade technical requirements.The performance of modified asphalt prepared by modified 70# asphalt meet the modified asphalt technical requirements of JTG F40 I-C.70#asphalt and wax oil fraction are blended to prepare waterproof asphalt,and its performance met the waterproof asphalt technical requirements of SH/T 0981-2019 F300,and elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and type I self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating material with satisfactory performance can also be prepared.
