Optimization of the Layout of Coal Launching and Relevant Adjustment Plans for Four Ports in Tianjin and Hebei

津冀四港是我国主要的煤炭下水港,煤炭下水量占我国北方煤炭下水港的90%以上,优化津冀四港煤炭下水布局具有重要意义。根据相关规划政策等要求优化津冀四港煤炭下水布局,并提出唐山港煤炭集运系统可能面临的挑战,进而分析研究年度唐山港煤炭集运系统运量情况、运输组织方案,以及通过能力适应性,最后提出必要的扩能措施。

The four ports in Tianjin and Hebei are the main coal launching ports in China,whose amount of coal launching accounts for more than 90%of the coal launching volume in north China.Therefore,their layout is of great importance.According to the requirements of relevant planning and policies,this paper optimizes the layout of coal launching among Tianjin and Hebei four ports,and puts forward the potentional challenges faced by Tangshan port coal centralized transportation system.So we analyze the Tangshan port coal centralized transportation system volume,transportation organization scheme,and throughput capacity adaptability,putting forward the necessary capacity expansion measures in the end.
