摘要
结合高温氧化铝回转窑生成工艺及装备分析了高温氧化铝回转窑生成过程中NOx类型及NOx生产原因。对现有燃料分级燃烧技术、烟气再循环燃烧技术、燃料稀释剂掺混燃烧技术等常规低氮燃烧技术现状进行了叙述,并分析了常规低氮燃烧技术在高温氧化铝回转窑低氮燃烧的可行性及注意事项。
The NOx type and NOx production reason in the formation process of high-temperature alumina rotary kiln are analyzed in combination with the formation technology and equipment of high-temperature alumina rotary kiln.The status of conventional low-nitrogen combustion technologies is described,such as fuel fractional combustion technology,flue gas recirculation combustion technology and fuel diluent blending combustion technology.Meanwhile,the feasibility and precautions of the conventional low-nitrogen combustion technology in high-temperature alumina rotary kiln are analyzed.
