陆资赴台投资现状及风险管理研究

Research on the Current Situation and Risk Management of Mainland Capital in Taiwan

推动陆资入岛、建立双向互惠的投资关系,是推进两岸经贸合作正常化、制度化的重要标志。自2009年7月开始,陆资直接赴台投资成为现实,但开放项目有限,且审查繁琐,提防陆资的心态未改变,与台商在大陆投资相比,仍存在较大差距。在中美博弈背景下,蔡英文当局持续加大对陆资的管控力度,赴台投资风险日益复杂多元,完善风险管理体系变得日益紧迫。

Promoting Mainland Capital into Taiwan and establishing a reciprocal relationship is an important indicator of the normalization and institutionalization of cross-Strait economic and trade cooperation.Since July 2009,it has become a reality for Mainland Capital to directly invest in Taiwan.However,because of the limited investment projects,the fussy security reviews,and remaining vigilant at all times,Mainland Capital in Taiwan still have a large gap comparing with the Taiwan enterprises’ investment in Mainland.Under the background of China-US game,the Tsai authorities have continued to increase their control of Mainland Capital,and the investment risks in Taiwan have become increasingly complex and diversified.Therefore,the further improvements are needed urgently for the Mainland Capital in Taiwan.
