化水预处理系统PAC温度影响控制分析

摘要 反应沉淀池利用PAC絮凝剂净化水质时冬季产水变浑浊,同时超滤、反渗透在板式换热器投运后会出现压差上升、制水量下降的现象。本文对反应沉淀池及超滤进水分别采样试验,对比不同温度下的絮凝效果分析反应沉淀池产水浑浊原因,得出超滤进水二次絮凝的结论。并依此通过提高PAC加药量,降低PAC药液浓度的方法来解决上述问题。 When the reaction sedimentation tank uses PAC flocculant to purify water,the water produced in winter becomes turbid.At the same time,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis will increase the pressure difference and decrease the water production after the plate heat exchanger is put into operation.In this paper,the reaction sedimentation tank and ultrafiltration influent were separately sampled and tested.The flocculation effect at different temperatures was compared to analyze the cause of water turbidity in the reaction sedimentation tank,and the conclusion of secondary flocculation of ultrafiltration influent was obtained.According to this,the above problem can be solved by increasing the dosage of PAC and reducing the concentration of PAC solution.
