摘要
动脉粥样硬化是心血管疾病最常见的病理生理机制,其病变程度决定了心血管疾病的发生发展及预后。硒是人体必需的微量元素,主要以硒蛋白的形式发挥作用,在体内参与抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌等过程。现有研究表明,硒与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展密切相关,补硒可减轻动脉粥样硬化。本文从血管内皮功能障碍,血管平滑肌异常增殖,血管钙化等促动脉粥样硬化过程阐述硒的作用及其分子机制,从而为临床上动脉粥样硬化性疾病的治疗和预防提供可行性方向。
Atherosclerosis is the most common pathophysiological mechanism of cardiovascular disease,and its degree of pathology determines the development and prognosis of cardiovascular disease.Selenium,an essential trace element for the human body.,mainly acts in the form of selenoprotein then participates in the processes of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,and anti-cancer in the body.Present studies have shown that selenium is closely related to the development of atherosclerosis,and selenium supplementation can alleviate atherosclerosis.This article describes the role of selenium and its molecular mechanism from the processes of promoting atherosclerosis,including vascular endothelial dysfunction,abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle,and vascular calcification,etc,to provide feasible directions for clinical treatment and prevention of atherosclerotic diseases.
