摘要
针对某大口径火炮设计了中心金属传火管,在点传火模拟试验装置上进行了该金属传火管的点传火试验。通过对比分析传火管管内压力、火焰传播速度、破孔时间差以及点传火时间等参数的变化情况,对影响金属传火管点火性能的点火药种类和装药量两个因素进行对比分析。结果表明与大粒黑和小粒黑相比,当点火药为苯萘药条时更有利于提高药床的透气性,能够明显提高火焰的传播速度,缩短破孔时间和点传火时间,且随着苯萘药条药量的增加,火焰传播速度、点火能量也随之增加,具有更为良好的点传火性能,该结论可以为下阶段工程化应用提供设计依据。
Aiming at a large-caliber gun,a central metal igniter was designed,and the ignition test of the metal fire pipe was carried out on the ignition simulation test device.Based on the comparative analysis of the changes of the parameters such as the pressure in the igniter,the velocity of flame propagation,the time difference of hole-breaking and the time of ignition point,the two factors affecting the ignition performance of the ignition charge type and the charge quantity were compared and analyzed.The results show compared with large grain black powder and small grain black powder,when the ignition charge agent is benite,it can improve the air permeability of the bed,obviously improve the velocity of flame propagation,shorten the time of hole-breaking and ignition,and with the increase of the dosage of benite,the flame propagation rate and ignition energy also increase,with better point-transmission performance.The conclusion can provide design basis for engineering application in the next stage.
